Growing up instead of out ⬆️🍎🥒🍅
Plum Hollow Farms includes a former apple orchard with 70 rows that had been growing mostly Honey Crisp and Gala apple trees with a trellis and irrigation system.
Starting in 2025, we began transforming the rows with enhanced soil support and mixed planting to increase yield, crop diversity, and make better use of the land.
