We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

Email us at info@plumhollowfarms.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
